Crane ISD is excited to announce that Gregory R. Rodriguez is our new High School Math Teacher for CISD. I am from Crane, TX and a graduate of Crane High School. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a Minor in Music from the University of Texas Permian Basin. I did not originally start in education. I started working in oilfield related jobs, such as a delivery driver and a parts mechanic, since graduation. I do have some experience in teaching though having worked with the Crane Band as a percussion instructor/advisor since graduating high school. I have many different interests. To list a few though, I enjoy playing/writing music, drawing, playing video games, watching/playing sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. “I would like to thank Crane ISD for this opportunity to start my education career back in my home town. The Crane Golden Crane pride still runs through my veins and I look forward coming back to Crane ISD as a teacher.” “We are excited to add Greg to the team! Over the last year we have been able to get to know each other and this relationship has culminated in a great addition to the Crane High School family. Greg's work ethic, dedication to kids and family will serve Crane ISD well for many years to come!”

Crane ISD is excited to announce that Trevor Davis is joining us as a teacher and coach for CISD. We are glad to have him back in town! My name is Trevor Davis and I am returning to Crane after coaching and teaching at Klondike ISD the previous 5 years. I say return to Crane as I am a proud alum of CHS (class of 2014). After graduating from Crane I attended UTPB in Odessa and received my Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. A big reason to return to Crane was to get closer to family as my parents along with both siblings and their families all live in Crane. Teaching and coaching at the school that gave so much to me is something I always dreamed of and I am incredibly excited for this opportunity. I am looking forward to joining the staff and repping the purple and gold once again!

Crane ISD is excited to announce that Brandy O’Neal is joining us as a teacher for the elementary campus. A Little about me…. I have been working in early childhood for six years, this will be my seventh. I was the director of Head Start for three years, then I got to teach in my very own classroom where I taught Kindergarten for two years. Last year though I got to teach 3rd grade Math, it was a blast. I have really enjoyed learning new things and working with the different grade levels. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, with a specialization in Direct Practice with Children and Families. I worked for a nonprofit where I provided services for at-risk youth in Midland before moving to Junction, which is where I just moved from. In Junction I received my teacher Certification for EC-6 and I am convinced that no matter where I am my passion is helping kids, now it just looks slightly different. I have three children, a son that graduated recently, and two daughters, an 8th grader, and a sophomore. I am so excited for this upcoming year and wish everyone an amazing school year! “Brandy O'Neal will be a General Education teacher. Before joining Crane ISD, she taught in Junction, TX. Her initiative and positive energy will be a great benefit for the Golden Cranes!” -Mr. Reyes
