"I am happy to be home. As a graduate of CHS, it’s always nice to come back to your roots. Prior to this job, my only experience is working as a student assistant with the Sul Ross Men’s basketball from 2021-2024. I’ve never had experience coaching tennis, but I have played since I was young and also played at the collegiate level as well."

I am super excited to join Crane as the Culinary Arts Instructor! I grew up in Iowa, and spent the majority of my adult life in Chicago. I attended Kendall Culinary Institute from 1996 to 1998. After culinary school, I worked at various country clubs and fine/casual dining places. In 1998, I started my Personal Chef & Catering business. I cooked for several clients and worked at Soldier Field as a Game Day Chef.
My culinary education/instructor career began in 2004 when I joined Robert Morris University Chicago as a part-time Culinary Teacher. Other stops in my culinary instruction are Menta Academy Hillside in Hillside, Illinois and Odessa College."
Crane ISD was honored to have our Crane Exes Alumni All Class Reunion on campus this weekend. As one of our wonderful Alumni shared, "We were all so blessed to grow up in Crane, Texas."

Crane ISD and CHS have been honored to welcome Lisa Ditscheid into our school this year as a foreign exchange student from Germany. Lisa has made our school culture richer, and we know West Texas will always hold a special place in her heart.
