Back to School Bash was a hit. Big thanks to Mrs. Rose Mary Cavazos for organizing the event. 264 backpacks given out by the Knights of Columbus and many businesses donated school supplies. Great day to be a Crane.

Back to school bash starts at 9

Thanks to all of the CISD ladies who are at registration this week. They are so helpful in getting your child registered. Just another reason I am proud to be a Golden Crane. If you have not registered your child it is not too late. They will be in the MPR tomorrow.

Big shout out to Mrs. Amanda Golson, Mrs. Sarah Roark, Mrs. Kristi Lewis, Mrs. Zandra Ontiveros, Mrs. Lissett Chique, Mrs. Anjanette Benavides, and the CISD maintenance crew for helping move items into the portables today. Rock Stars!!

What a great day to be a Crane. I reached out to Coach Ontiveros late yesterday to see if some of the athletes would come to help us move desks, chairs, and boxes into the portable. 39 great kids of Crane answered the call and helped us with a lot of work. We moved 320 chairs, 320 desks and 50 filing cabinets in about an hour. These kids rock.

Here is a construction update!! Portables are being set. Each portable will have 8 classrooms, b/g bathrooms and water fountains. Attached are pictures. If you need more information call Dave Lewis at CISD.
