         Crane Independent School District

The Board of Trustees of the Crane Independent School District met on Wednesday, December 03, 2003
in special session with the following members present:

 

Sid Frymire, President  Sandy Hubbard, Secretary Helen Romeiser, Assistant Secretary	Tommy Bishop Manuel Cadena Jerry Smith
Administrators Present were: Wayne Mitchell, Interim Superintendent	Ken Eudy, Business Manager
Other Guest was: Ed Kendall

Item 1    Mr. Frymire, Board President, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. and a meal was served.

 

Item 2    Executive Session.

President Frymire ordered the board to adjourn into executive session pursuant to

the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code chapter 551.074 for the

purpose of interviewing a Superintendent candidate.  Time:  5:42 p.m.

President Frymire ordered the executive session closed and the regular session be

resumed at 8:40 p.m.  He also stated that no items of business were conducted in the

executive session.

 

Item 3    Possible action arising from executive session.

No action taken.

 

Item 4    Jerry Smith moved, seconded by Tommy Bishop, to adjourn the meeting.

Adopted unanimously.      Time: 8:41 p.m.
