SPECIAL MEETING

         Crane Independent School District

     Sunday, November 23, 2003

 

The Board of Trustees of the Crane Independent School District met on

Sunday, November 23, 2003 in special session with the following members present:

 

Sid Frymire, President  Sandy Hubbard, Secretary Helen Romeiser, Assistant Secretary	Tommy Bishop Manuel Cadena Jerry Smith
Administrators Present were: Wayne Mitchell, Interim Superintendent

Item 1    Mr. Frymire, Board President, called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

 

Item 2    Executive Session.

President Frymire ordered the board to adjourn into executive session pursuant to

the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code chapter 551.074 for the

purpose of discussing personnel and the ongoing Superintendent search.  Time: 2:01

p.m.    President Frymire ordered the executive session closed and the regular session be resumed at 3:34 p.m.  He also stated that no items of business were conducted in the executive session.

 

Item 3    Possible action arising from executive session.

No action taken.

 

Item 4

Sandy Hubbard moved, seconded by Helen Romeiser, to adjourn the meeting.

Adopted unanimously.    Time:  3:35 p.m.
