         Crane Independent School District

    Tuesday, November 18, 2003

 

The Board of Trustees of the Crane Independent School District met on Tuesday, November 18, 2003
in special session with the following members present:

 

Sid Frymire, President  Ray North, Vice-President Sandy Hubbard, Secretary Helen Romeiser, Assistant Secretary	Tommy Bishop Manuel Cadena Jerry Smith
Administrators Present were: Wayne Mitchell, Interim Superintendent
Other Guests were: Joe Christian

 

 

Item 1    Mr. Frymire, Board President, called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.

 

Item 2    Executive Session.

President Frymire ordered the board to adjourn into executive session pursuant to

the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code chapter 551.074 for the

purpose of interviewing a Superintendent candidate.  Time: 4:32 p.m.

President Frymire ordered the executive session closed and the regular session be

resumed at 5:50 p.m.  He also stated that no items of business were conducted in

the executive session.

 

Item 3    No action taken.

 

Item  4    Tommy Bishop moved, seconded by Helen Romeiser, to adjourn the meeting.

Adopted unanimously.          Time:  5:51 p.m.
