1 Mr. Frymire, Board President, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.Item
2 Executive Session.President Frymire ordered the board to adjourn into executive session pursuant to
the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code chapter 551.074 for the purpose of discussing personnel issues and interviewing a Superintendent candidate.Time: 6:01 p.m.
President Frymire ordered the executive session closed and the regular session be
resumed at 11:10 p.m. He also stated that no items of business were conducted in the executive session.Item
