         Crane Independent School District

The Board of Trustees of the Crane Independent School District met on

Wednesday, November 05, 2003 in special session with the following members present:

 

Sid Frymire, President  Ray North, Vice-President Sandy Hubbard, Secretary Helen Romeiser, Assistant Secretary	Tommy Bishop Manuel Cadena Jerry Smith
Administrators Present were: Wayne Mitchell, Interim Superintendent	Ken Eudy, Business Manager
Other Guests were: Ed Kendall	David Hutton

Item 1    Mr. Frymire, Board President, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

 

Item 2    Executive Session.

President Frymire ordered the board to adjourn into executive session pursuant to

the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code chapter 551.074 for the

purpose of interviewing Superintendent candidates.  Time: 5:05 p.m.

President Frymire ordered the executive session closed and the regular session be

resumed at 9:17 p.m.  He also stated that no items of business were conducted in the

executive session.

 

Item 3    No action taken.

 

Item  4    Ray North moved, seconded by Helen Romeiser, to adjourn the meeting.

Adopted unanimously.      Time:  9:18 p.m.
