Notice of Regular Meeting – Board of Education

CRANE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

October 14, 2004

 

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on October 14, 2004, at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

 

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

 

Agenda:

 

1.     Invocation and Pledge

2.     Recognition of visitors

3.     Public forum

4.     Report on Washington D. C. trip - Judy Sims and Alesse Chisum

5.     Consider/Approve Site-Base Goals and objectives for District and Campuses

6.     Consider/Approve Shared Service Agreement with Ector County ISD for Regional Day School for the Deaf

7.     Administrative Reports

8.     Executive Session

      a.  Personnel

9.     Consider/Approve Consent Agenda to include:

                  a.  Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s)

                  b.  Quarterly investment report

                  c.  Finance report and current bills

10.  Adjournment

 

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such Executive or Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
