Notice of Regular Meeting – Board of Education
Notice is
hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District
Board of Education will be held on September 15, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., in the
Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8th
Street, Crane, Texas.
The
subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be
taken are as follows:

1. Call meeting to order
2. Invocation and Pledge
3. Recognition of visitors
4. Public Forum
5. Conduct public “School FIRST” Review
6. Struck-Off property bid on Lots 3-5,
Block 94, 602 Elizabeth
7. Electricity proposals for future
needs
9. Administrative Reports
10. Executive Session
a. Personnel – discuss appointment,
employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of an
employee under Gov. Code Sec. 551.074
b. Conduct Formative Superintendent
Evaluation Exchanges
11. Consent Agenda to include:
a. Approve Minutes of previous meeting(s)

If, during
the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the Agenda should be
held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such Executive
