CRANE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

September 13, 2007

 

 

Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8th Street, Crane, Texas.

 

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

 

Agenda:

 

1.       Call meeting to order

2.       Invocation and Pledge

3.       Recognition of visitors

4.       Recognition of New Faculty/Staff

5.       Public Forum

6.       Early Release Dates for the 2007-2008 School Year

7.       Technology Purchase

8.       Administrative Reports

9.       Executive Session

a.       Personnel – discuss appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of an employee under Gov. Code Sec. 551.074

b.       Conduct Formal Superintendent Evaluation Exchanges

10.   Hiring of professional staff

11.   Consent Agenda to include:

a.       Minutes of Previous Meeting(s)

b.       Current Bills

c.       Financial Report

12.   Adjournment

 

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such Executive or Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
