2. Discussion and possible approval of amendments to 2002-2003 budget

3. Executive session (Govt. Code 551.074) to discuss personnel issues

4. Possible action(s) arising from executive session

5. Adjourn

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closes session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
