Notice is hereby given that a called meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on July 24, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. in the in the Board Room of the CISD Administration Building, 511 W. 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

 

 

The Subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

 

Agenda

 

1.               Call meeting to order

 

2.               Discussion and possible approval of superintendent’s resignation

 

3.               Discussion and possible approval of bids for track lighting

 

4.               Discussion and possible approval of 2003-04 student code of conduct

 

5.               Discussion and possible approval of sale of struck-off property

 

6.          Executive session (Govt. Code 551.074) to discuss personnel issues

 

·       Interview with Interim Superintendent candidate

·       Discussion of teaching candidates

 

7.               Possible action(s) arising from executive session

 

8.               Adjourn

 

 

 

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
