CRANE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

July 14, 2005

 

 

Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on July 14, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

 

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

 

Agenda:

 

1.       Invocation and Pledge

2.       Recognition of visitors

3.       Public Forum

4.       Approve expenditure for site and finish work for loading/unloading zone at elementary

5.       CISD employee health/dental insurance

6.       Contract Agreement with Crane County Appraisal District

7.       CISD Student Insurance

8.       Administrative Reports

9.       Executive Session

a.       Personnel – discuss appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of an employee under Gov. Code Sec. 551.074

10.   Hiring of professional staff:

11.   Consent Agenda to include:

a.       Minutes of previous meeting(s)

b.       Finance report

c.       Current bills

d.       Quarterly investment report

13.   Adjournment

 

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such Executive or Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
