Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on June 21, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

Agenda:

1. Call meeting to order

2. Invocation and Pledge

3. Recognition of visitors

4. Public Forum

5. FNCE (Local) – Student Conduct/Telecommunications Devices

6. ESC 18 Shared Service Agreements; Title I Part C; Migrant Education Services; Title IV Safe and Drug Free Schools; CTE Carl Perkins Vocational-Technological Education Funds

7. Review Safety Audit

8. 2007-2008 Pay Scale

9. Administrative Reports

10. Executive Session

a. Personnel – discuss appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of an employee under Gov. Code Sec. 551.074

b. Security issues – consider development, specific occasions for, or implementation of, security personnel or device under Gov. Code Sec. 551.076

11. Hiring of professional staff

12. Consent Agenda to include:

a. Approve minutes of previous meeting(s)

b. Review financial report and current bills

13. Adjourn

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such Executive or Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
