Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on May 17, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

10. Plan Up Activities – Elementary, Middle School, High School

11. Resolution extending bank depository contract

12. Appoint Crane ISD Tax Assessor to calculate 2007 effective rate

15. Consider/approve changing June board meeting date

a. Personnel – discuss appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of an employee under Gov. Code Sec. 551.074
