CRANE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on May 10, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

 

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

 

Agenda:

 

1.      Invocation and Pledge

2.      Recognition of visitors

3.      Public Forum

4.      Consider/Approve Lease Agreement with West Texas Opportunities, Inc.

5.   Consider/Approve appointing Crane ISD Tax Assessor to calculate 2005 effective rate

6.   Consider/Approve budget amendments

7.   Administrative Reports

8.   Executive Sessions

      1. Personnel

9.   Consider/Approve hiring of professional staff

10. Consider/Approve Consent Agenda to include:

      a. Minutes of previous meeting(s)

      b. Finance report and current bills

11. Adjournment

 

 

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such Executive or Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
