Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on April 12, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

Agenda:

1. Call meeting to order

2. Invocation and Pledge

3. Recognition of visitors

4. Public Forum

5. Consider/approve Local Policy FNCE – Student Conduct Telecommunication Devices

6. Electricity proposals

7. Roof repair projects

8. Administrative Report

9. Quarterly Superintendent Report

10. Executive Session

a. Personnel – discuss appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of an employee under Gov. Code Sec. 551.074

11. Consent Agenda to include:

a. Approve minutes of previous meeting(s)

b. Review financial report and current bills

c. Quarterly investment report

12. Adjourn

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such Executive or Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
