Notice of Regular Meeting – Board of Education

Crane Independent School District

February 12, 2004

 

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on

February 12, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the CISD Administration Building, 511 W. 8th Street, Crane, Texas.

 

The Subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

    1. Minutes of January 15 board meeting
    2. Monthly tax report

6.    Executive session:

       Discussion of personnel issues – Govt. Code 551.074

7.    Discussion and possible action on contracts of building principals, business manager,

       athletic director, special education director, technology director, and band director

8.    Discussion and possible action on contracts of chief assessor, food service director,

       maintenance and transportation director, discipline coordinator, and administrative assistant

9.    Discussion and possible approval of Inter-Local Agreement with Texas Health Department—Debbie Martin

10.  Discussion of TASB Policy 72 (LEGAL)

11.  Discussion and possible approval of campus attendance review committees

12.  Discussion and possible approval of budget amendment

13.  Action to call Trustee election on May 15, 2004 for the purpose of electing a member

       in District 3 and District 4                   

14.  Consideration to name Bobbie Daniell as election judge and Betty Pittman as alternate

       judge for May election and to name Leigh Ann McCain and Karla Harbin as early voting clerks
