Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on Monday, February 5, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Board Room at the Administration Building, 511 West 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

1. Call meeting to order.
2. Resignation of board member trustee – Precinct 4
3. Process for replacing Precinct 4 trustee
4. Superintendent contract
5. Board training – Team of 8 – Region 18
6. Adjournment

           

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session in accordance with the Open meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
