CRANE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

January 13, 2005

 

 

Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Crane Independent School District Board of Education will be held on January 13, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Crane ISD Administration Building, 511 West 8^th Street, Crane, Texas.

 

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

 

Agenda:

 

1.     Invocation and Pledge

2.     Recognition of visitors

3.     Public forum

4.     Board Appreciation Recognition

5.     Consider/Approve purchase of brick for fields

6.     Consider/Approve sale of struck-off property - Becky Gonzales

7.     Consider/Approve Resolution to Support Pecos Trail Region

8.   Administrative Reports

9. Executive Session to include:

                  a.         Personnel Issues

                  b.         Superintendent Evaluation

10. Consider/possible action on Superintendent Contract

11. Consider/approve Consent Agenda to include:

                  a.         Investment Report

                  b.         Minutes of previous meeting(s)

                  c.         Finance Report and current bills

12. Adjournment

 

If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such Executive or Closed Session in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
