With a busy lunch rush everyday we have a buffet out in order to run the lunch rush a bit smoother. The buffet varies with different dishes everyday every week. We have a buffet Monday-Friday for lunch. To keep in mind our buffets do not have specific days on what we will be serving. We plan it in the morning as we go along getting ready for the day. But I can tell you what entrées we serve. With our many dishes for buffet we serve a variety of enchiladas, green enchiladas, beef enchiladas, cheese enchiladas, beef & queso enchiladas, pork chops, fajitas, taco, loco burritos (guiso filled burritos top with chile con queso), carne asada, chicken stir fry, and grilled sausage. As for our side dishes we serve rice, beans, tortillas, mash-potatoes, steamed vegetables, corn, fries, macaroni and cheese, and rolls. When it comes to desserts we tend to have any great ones in mind to serve. We have tres leches cake, chocolate cake, vanilla cake, homemade peach cobbler, homemade cherry cobbler, and vanilla wafer pudding. If you are in a hurry and want to take it to go you are welcome to get a to go buffet. We understand that many do not want to wait, especially students who have a short period for lunch that they may want to have buffet. We charge $6.99 for buffet $1.75 for drink plus tax and for students we charge $6.99 plus tax.
