Craig offers
personal training Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m.. He will
either run people through a work out right then or assist them in
writing out a plan or routine that they can implement on their own.
He will help you figure out just what you need to do in order to reach
each one of your goals.
He can help you with anything you
need from regular workout routines, to boxing workouts or abdominal
exercises. You don't even need an appointment! Just stop by
anytime from 4 to 6 and Craig should be available.
