PICK UP/DROP OFF PROCEDURES FOR CRANE ELEMENTARY CAMPUS

In making our best efforts to keep y(our) kids safe, we ask your cooperation in following our pick up/drop off procedures and school parking. Please be patient and follow the guidelines outlined below.

ENTRY WAY TO CRANE ELEMENTARY PARKING

· Parking is no longer available at the front entryway of the building. This space has been painted red to help you see where parking is not allowed.
· You may park east of the red no parking zone near the east fence of the school property (where the red zone ends).

GRADES PK-PICK UP AND DROP OFF

· Please drop off/pick up your pre-k student on the northwest side of the building near the bus area.

GRADES K-1ST GRADE PICK UP AND DROP OFF

· Please continue to drop off/pick up your k- 1st grader at the west entrance to Primary on Vivian Street. These students are dismissed at 3:15 p.m. to reduce the traffic at the 3:25 p.m. time.

GRADE 2 PICK UP AND DROP OFF

· 2ND grade students will be dropped off at the primary's playground area in the morning.
· 2nd grade students will be picked up in front of the elementary building.
· We will not allow students to cross the street to the courthouse unaccompanied by an adult. If you choose to park there, you must cross the street and accompany your child to your car.

GRADES 3 & 4 PICK UP AND DROP OFF

· 3RD and 4TH grade students are to be dropped off/picked up at the south door/ playground area of the building where a new driveway has been placed for your convenience. This driveway is located near the east entrance to the cafeteria.

GRADE 5 PICK UP AND DROP OFF

· 5TH grade students are to be dropped off/picked up at the covered walkway by the tennis courts.

CAFETERIA PARKING

· If you would like to join your child for lunch, parking space is now available beside the cafeteria. Please avoid parking along the curb of that area. Please remember that you will need to sign in the office as a visitor.

Please support our efforts in keeping the children at Crane Elementary School as safe as possible as they make their way to and from school. Please support us in this effort.
